Elevate Your Home With Spot-Free Residential Window Cleaning

Utah weather and clean panes don’t go well together. Between the dry air, gusty winds, and water that leaves mineral rings everywhere, spotless glass is a rare sight.
That’s where Sundance Window Cleaning steps in with residential window cleaning in Salt Lake County, UT. We also work in the surrounding areas like Park City, Utah Valley, and beyond, offering careful, chemical-free services that actually stand the test of time.
Clean windows do more than just look nice; they enhance the overall feel of your home. Sunlight pours in, brightening the rooms and leaving the space feeling fresher.
More importantly, getting rid of unsightly smudges protects the glass itself. Utah’s hard water leaves stubborn marks that can permanently etch panes if you ignore them for too long.
And in windy spots like Jordanelle, dust and pollen coat windows fast. Even new construction creates problems, from paint overspray and silicone smears to cement dust that won’t budge without the right tools.
Keeping up with professional residential window cleaning in Salt Lake county helps them look sharp and last longer. Our tried-and-tested techniques deliver every time.
Honest, Transparent Window Cleaning Prices
How much will you pay for hard water stain removal for windows or our expert gutter maintenance services?
Service Pricing Breakdown
We keep our quotes for our chemical-free window washing services as simple as possible. Our exterior-only cleanings start at $250, with most homes coming at around $400 for five hours of work. Large estates with full crews can run closer to $1,200.
We don’t provide instant online quotes; instead, we start with a thorough inspection. This makes a big difference in the accuracy of our estimate, especially if you have tall panes, complex designs, or post-construction messes.
We base our quote for expert glass cleaning for homes in Utah on the window count, size, access, and any additional services, such as pressure washing for driveways. We may need extra time for homes in high-wind or active construction areas, but we’ll tell you that upfront.

Special Offers and Discounts
If you’d rather set it and forget it, choose one of our maintenance plans for residential window cleaning in Salt Lake and surrounding counties. You can choose two, three, or four cleanings a year.
Save up to 10% by bundling hard water stain removal for windows with other services like house washing. Book your next visit early and lock in this year’s pricing for next season.

What Types of Windows and Glass
Do We Clean?

Standard and Multi-Pane Windows

Most homes around Salt Lake and Summit county feature a mix of standard windows and larger multi-pane setups. We use our own tanks of purified, deionized water so we never hook up to your home’s supply. Our water-fed pole system reaches up to four stories without the need for ladders and leaves glass completely spot-free.
Antique or Delicate Glass

We take extra care with older windows, cleaning historic properties entirely by hand using mops, squeegees, and microfiber towels. We document any cracks or chips before we start and never use harsh chemicals. Our technicians are experts in streak-free window cleaning with purified water.

Post-Construction Glass

New builds and remodels almost always need special treatment. Our crews inspect each window for paint, caulk, or cement dust and adjust the pricing accordingly if additional time is required.
We only use scrapers or abrasive pads with your permission, and apply acid-based spot removers sparingly.

What Homeowners
Are Saying
We take a lot of pride in being reliable, prepared, and respectful of our customers’ homes, so hearing that we arrived on time, worked efficiently, and had everything needed to get the job done, even with the outdoor faucets off for winter, means a lot to us.
Your feedback genuinely encourages us and reflects the level of care we put into every job. We're grateful for customers like you who notice the details. If you ever need anything in the future, we’d be thrilled to help again!
When I originally scheduled the quote, I was told that they clean the window sills and the outsides of the window frames as part of the service. But when I called with my concerns after the job was done, I was suddenly informed that those items are actually “extra charges,” which completely contradicts what I was told initially.
While they were here, I also asked for a price to have the window tracks cleaned. The office person told me they didn’t have time that day but would call me with a quote for the future. She never called back with a price—instead, I received a voicemail saying they supposedly did clean the tracks and were planning to bill me for it. Not only was I told they weren’t doing them, but when I checked the tracks myself, they were still dirty and clearly not cleaned well (if at all).
When I called to tell them they broke multiple window screens, they didn’t apologize or offer to fix them—they simply tried to claim the screens were already damaged, which was absolutely not the case.
Overall, the workmanship was poor, the communication was misleading, and the lack of accountability was shocking. I cannot recommend this company at all.
The service was completed at a remote property outside of our normal service area following an on-site estimate. We never met or spoke directly with the property owner, which is not uncommon in our second-home market. After receiving this review, we thoroughly reviewed our records and call logs and spoke directly with the technician who completed the work. He is one of our most trusted and experienced employees, and nothing in our review supports the statements made here.
We made multiple attempts to contact the property owner with no response. Due to the unusual circumstances surrounding this job, we conducted additional due diligence and discovered this may be part of a broader pattern involving non-payment for services, including legal disputes with other service providers. We are formally disputing this review with Google and are pursuing other appropriate options.
We stand behind our team and our work, and we appreciate the continued trust of our customers.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you clean only specific windows instead of the entire house?
Yes, we can clean selected windows, but the price is still based on minimum service requirements. Our $250 minimum applies regardless of how many windows are cleaned. For best value, we recommend bundling more areas into a single visit.
What if I want to add more windows to the service after the estimate?
Any added windows will be reassessed and re-quoted on-site before the work begins. This ensures transparency and gives you the chance to approve any pricing changes ahead of time.
Do you offer residential window cleaning for new or under-construction homes?
Yes, we offer post-construction window cleaning as part of our residential services. If we arrive and find construction debris like silicone or concrete, we’ll pause service and provide an updated quote for the additional cleanup.
Do I need to be home for the estimate or window cleaning service?
You don’t need to be home for an exterior-only cleaning or estimate. For interior access, we can use a garage code or smart lock, and all of our technicians are background-checked for your peace of mind.
Can you clean windows if there are hornets or wasp nests around my home?
No, we cannot proceed if there’s an active pest issue on-site. To keep our technicians safe, we ask that any infestations—especially hornets near windows or screens—be resolved before we arrive.
Can you remove dried silicone, caulk, or concrete from my windows?
Yes, but only with on-site approval and re-quote. Post-construction debris requires extra time and tools, and we’ll confirm the additional scope and cost with you before proceeding.
Why can’t I get an exact price per window for residential cleaning?
Every home is different, and window size, height, and accessibility affect the time and tools required. Instead of charging by pane, we quote based on the overall complexity and scope of the job during a physical estimate.
Can I request mop and squeegee cleaning instead of the water-fed pole system?
Yes, customer preferences can be accommodated when noted in advance. If you prefer traditional hand-cleaning, we’ll log it in your file and assign the right tools and technicians for the job.
Can I sign up for recurring exterior-only window cleaning?
Absolutely. Our maintenance plans can be tailored for exterior-only or full-service cleanings. Just let us know your preference when enrolling.
What happens if you find a damaged screen or window during the job?
If we notice damage, we document it immediately and inform you before proceeding. Cracked glass or broken screens are skipped for safety and liability reasons, and we include the notes in your service file.
